oh gosh.

rough day.

breakfast: 100-cal pack of oatmeal and two cups of coffee, one with two pumps mocha, two pumps peppermint.

lunch: medium salad with balsamic vinegar, 1/4 of a spaghetti squash with marinara and mushrooms. also a vanilla wafer, three gingersnaps, a bite of brownie, a 100-cal pack of chips ahoy, a caramel, and a tablespoon or so of white chocolate chips.  wow!

snack: a pear and a half of a small apple danish down the road.  maybe i’ll skip dinner tonight!  i’ve been going crazy.  can’t wait to run!
