1/2c yogurt and blackberries for breakfast.

coffee and pumpkin spice tea with half and half and soy.

1 c roasted cauliflower, 1/2 of a small sweet potato in fries dipped in ketchup, and a big salad with lemon juice.

leftover strawberry napoleon scarfed in the car when i was starving. probably 250 cals.

some grapes at the house.

two slices of very cheesy quesadilla, a miller hi life, a shiner holiday cheer, and a 12 oz thing of butternut squash soup with white beas. then a cupcake tin thing of apples with streusel on top and a tablespoon of homemade vanilla.

hot tea.
